What is Black Friday?
Black Friday is the big end-of-November sales day, born in the United States the day after Thanksgiving. In 2026 it falls on Friday, November 27, 2026, and it is extended the following Monday, Monday, November 30, 2026, by Cyber Monday, focused on online deals. For a few days most retailers and sites announce discounts. Not all are equal: some are genuine price drops, others just bait prices. This live ranking gathers the deals advertisers put forward, and this page explains above all how to check that a discount is real.
How to spot a genuine discount
Under French consumer law, since 28 May 2022, when a seller shows a crossed-out price the reference price must be the lowest price that seller applied for the product over the previous 30 days. A shop therefore cannot inflate a price just before Black Friday to make the discount look bigger. Check the 30-day reference price, look at a public price history, and always read the total price at checkout once delivery is added.
Your rights during Black Friday
A promotion removes no rights. On a distance purchase from a professional seller you keep a withdrawal right of at least 14 days, with no reason needed, even on a discounted item, counted from the day after delivery. The legal guarantee of conformity lasts 2 years and covers new, used and refurbished goods. If a delivery date passes, or none was given and the order is over 30 days old, you can require delivery then cancel and be refunded.
A merit-based ranking, not a hand-picked list
Most "best Black Friday deals" lists elsewhere are written by hand, often ordered by affiliation. Here rank is not for sale. Visibility is bought at auction, but order is earned through the real clicks of visitors: the most-clicked deal rises. The count resets to zero on the 1st of each month, and a cell is taken over by bidding at least double the current holder's price.
Frequently asked questions about Black Friday

Black Friday falls the day after Thanksgiving, the fourth Friday of November. In 2026 it is Friday, November 27, 2026. The following Monday, Monday, November 30, 2026, extends the event with Cyber Monday, focused on online deals.
How do I spot a genuine Black Friday discount?
Check the reference price. Since 28 May 2022 a crossed-out price must be the lowest price applied over the previous 30 days. A public price history shows whether the advertised discount is real or based on a price inflated the week before.
Can I return a Black Friday purchase?
Yes. On a distance purchase from a professional you have at least 14 days to withdraw, with no reason needed, even on a discounted item, counted from the day after delivery. A few exceptions exist, such as custom-made goods.
How are the deals ranked here?
Rank is not for sale: visibility is bought at auction, but order is earned through the real clicks of visitors, with a monthly reset. The market decides, not an editor.
